Greenstone Cast Pvt. Ltd. is a sand casting steel foundry located near Shapar GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat, India, dedicated to manufacturing high-performance alloy castings. As a registered MSME enterprise under Udyam, we specialize in Carbon Steels, Low Alloy Steels, Martensitic & Austenitic Stainless Steels, Duplex & Super Duplex Steels, and Nickel-based superalloys, serving industries that demand strength, precision, and reliability.
Our portfolio covers widely used grades such as WCB, LCB, WC6, CF8M, CA15, 4A, 6A, CW6M, and other special alloys. With advanced moulding, metal pouring, and quality assurance systems, we deliver complex, high-integrity castings for challenging operating environments across India and global markets.

Quality & Documentation
We manufacture castings across a broad spectrum of alloys, including low alloy steels, carbon steels, duplex and super duplex grades, martensitic and austenitic steels, super austenitic high-alloys and other specialty materials. From small precision parts to Large‑sized castings. Share your drawing for specifics.
Currently Greenstone is moving toward establishing a dedicated machining division equipped with CNC and VMC centers. Our foundry is fully integrated with spectrometer-based chemical analysis, sand testing, NDT (UT, MPI, radiography), and full heat-wise traceability. Every casting undergoes 100% testing to ensure flawless performance in service.
Prototype tools in ~2–4 weeks; production orders depend on complexity and volumes. We’ll align to your schedule.
